Terms & Conditions


Provisional Bookings: 

Payments for clubs must be made before your child(ren) first session. As places are limited, If you make a provisional booking but do not make payment, your place cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to offer your place to another child(ren).

Cancellations:

Prepaid bookings that are cancelled more than 14 days prior to a child's first day of attendance of a given club or camp are eligible for a full refund, minus a booking and administration fee of £10.

Prepaid bookings that are cancelled with less than 14 days notice are not eligible for a refund as this would not provide sufficient time to reallocate the space and a child may already have been declined a space based on your booking. Credit may be offered at the discretion of Hall Star Holiday Clubs Ltd.

Hall Star Holiday Clubs Ltd reserves the right to cancel sessions in advance due to low registration numbers, forecast adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur we will offer alternative arrangements that might include an alternative activity, date or venue. Should these alternative arrangements not be appropriate a full refund will be given. 

Late Collection:

You must ensure that you collect your child(ren) promptly at their predetermined collection time. If you do not collect your child(ren) promptly then Hall Star Holiday Clubs Ltd reserves the right to charge an additional £5 for every 10 minutes as a Late Collection Fee to cover any additional staffing costs. The Late Collection Fee will be debited to your account and is payable immediately. Please note if you do not pay the Late Collection Fee as required then Hall Star Holiday Clubs Ltd reserves the right to cancel any future bookings. 

Missed Sessions:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or credit notes for sessions missed.

In the event that a child(ren) is unable to participate in a given club for 2 or more consecutive days as a result of illness or injury, please contact us on holidays@hallstareducation.co.uk and credit may be offered at the discretion of Hall Star Holiday Clubs Ltd.

Behaviour Policy:

Please note: children are expected to behave in a manner in which their actions do not damage property or cause harm to themselves or others. We prioritise your child’s safety and wellbeing and follow a zero tolerance approach to bullying or physical violence. In the event your child’s behaviour does not meet these expectations, we reserve the right to refuse participation in future sessions, or to request a child be collected without refund. Parents/ carers may also be charged for any damage to property or equipment caused as a result of your child's behaviour.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

I have read the information provided and accept that participation involves certain risks, including physical injury. I take responsibility for sending my child(ren) to the session fit to participate, in suitable clothing/ sports kit with a water bottle and sun cream where required. I also accept that it is my responsibility to provide any medication which may need to be administered. Please note a 'Permission to Administer Medication Form' must be completed by the parent or carer before any medication can be administered and such medication should be handed directly to staff at drop off.

I accept that it is my responsibility to inform Hall Star Holiday Clubs Ltd of any changes to this information including details on collection, emergency contact details, medical information etc. 

You will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms at the time you make a booking. The application of these terms will commence on the date of your booking.
